This show is FREE to spectate, and costs a small donation to enter your car. Fairway Rides and Drives takes place on fairways in Virginia Beach, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Move-in will take place starting at 8:00 AM on event day.

All vehicles must remain in place until the show concludes at 2:00 PM for the safety of all guests. Our staff will pre-assign parking locations and group vehicles into designated sections to ensure a smooth and visually impressive layout. From classics and exotics to lifted trucks and lowriders — all styles are welcome!

To celebrate the wide spectrum of automotive culture, we’ve created display and judging classes that span styles and national origins.

Spectators can make their voices heard in our People’s Choice competition using a quick and convenient QR code voting system. Each vehicle will display a unique QR code (typically located on a dash card or signage). Here’s how voting works:

1. Scan to Vote – Use your smartphone or tablet camera to scan the vehicle’s QR code displayed on-site.

2. One Person, One Vote – You may only vote once per vehicle, ensuring a fair contest.

3. Instant Confirmation – After scanning, a prompt appears—just tap to cast your vote.

4. Secure & Accurate – The system prevents duplicate votes for the same vehicle.

5. Final Results – The vehicle with the most votes wins the People’s Choice Award, announced during the awards ceremony.

All vehicle submissions will be reviewed by our selection team. Once accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your assigned display class, load-in time, and payment instructions.

Please note:

• Vehicles may not leave the show before 2:00 PM
• Sponsors’ vehicles are not eligible for awards
• For sale signs, advertisements, and promotional displays are not permitted. Do not start your vehicle during the event. Exhibitors may set up personal displays, banners, or signage within their assigned space
